Normal breathing and healthy lifestyle restored

When you’re short of breath, it’s hard or uncomfortable to take in the oxygen your body needs. You may feel as if you’re not getting enough air. Sometimes mild breathing problems are from a stuffy nose or hard exercise. But shortness of breath can also be a sign of a serious disease.

So I came to NFWC for a free exam to see if my spine was affecting my breathing. If my tailbone (which was previously broken) is affecting my breathing patterns.

Within a month of care, I was able to enjoy the hobbies I love. I could once again hike and even beat my friends to the top of trails. I finally felt like I was getting enough air.

I know it never stops there so I will continue the care I’m receiving from NFWC.  I’m able to enjoy activities that before made me cry and beg for an inhaler. Now I can spend more time doing fun things with the people I love. Dr. Danielle and Richelle Knowles, I want to tell you how grateful I am for meeting you guys. Thank you.
