Hopefully, you and your family are safe and healthy and will stay that way Here are some updates for you!
Due to recent developments with COVID-19, Governor Polis has issued an order directing that elective surgeries and procedures be postponed due to the rapid progression and spread of the virus. In response, your Network Family Wellness Center is temporarily altering office hours and you will have access only to time-sensitive/urgent services for a short time.As a result of the Governors recommendation, the office will be temporarily closed for 2 weeks beginning tomorrow Monday, March 23rd, 2020 until Monday, April 6, 2020. This was a difficult decision to make. This is not something we take lightly and your health is the top priority here at Network Family Wellness Center.
Through this 2 week period, you will still have access to us! Online events and classes on Zoom are being scheduled, and you’ll be receiving health and wellness tips and strategies through our FB Group “Rise Up Boulder”. If you have not already joined, feel free to do so here:
As a current practice member, you will receive these services at absolutely no charge. You’ll be informed about the class schedules via email and text message.
If you have an appointment scheduled between now and April 3rd, 2020 you and the NFWC team will be working together to determine if your matter is time-sensitive/urgent. A team member will be available during limited hours to answer emails and text messages and return voicemails left at 303-998-1000. If you need to have a conversation with a Doctor of Chiropractic, you can call, email or text. The safety of our patients, families and staff is always the main focus. This is a difficult time and being part of your health care team is an honor and a privilege!
Please allow time this week to reschedule your appointments as quickly as possible. It’s going to be very busy when the office re-opens, so please check your schedule right now for April. You will have the opportunity to make up your visits to keep your frequency and health goals on track after the 2-week pause. If you see a text reminder during this time, please know that you are not expected to arrive. Appointments are still being reorganized. Please know that we are here for you, and your trust in us is the source of boundless appreciation and gratitude!
Thank you SO much for you and your patience, understanding, and grace during this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out at (303) 998-1000, text at (720) 586-4710 or email at email@example.com , if you have questions or need more information!
Looking forward to seeing you again at your next visit.
With love & appreciation,
Drs. Daniel & Richelle Knowles, D.C.
and the amazing NFWC Team
