Whether you have access to a strawberry tree or not, eating a couple of strawberries to celebrate this fresh fruit is highly recommended! Strawberries, and other berries, have huge natural health benefits. Counteracting some major ailments, boosting immune systems, and providing essential vitamins to the body in a delicious little package.
Strawberries work great in summer salads, they compliment walnuts and salad leaves perfectly and works well with balsamic based dressings. Otherwise, they make a great component of a morning smoothie or as a simple snack throughout the day.
