What is the diet?

Diet is a four letter word. People routinely go on diets or eat prepackaged processed food to lose weight. Not on this program. This is not a “slick, sexy” program to temporarily lose weight. We assist you adopt a healthy food management program focused on organic fruits, vegetables and lean proteins and moving away from refined sugar, unhealthy fats, and gluten. Once you meet your weight loss goals our team will guide you towards reintroducing foods in determining your weight gain triggers so you can maintain a healthy weight.
