No. If only it were, there would be more healthy people around and chiropractors would not see patients who last saw a chiropractor a few years ago when their back went out. When people begin health promoting choices, activities and behaviors they begin to thrive on continuing to feel better than they did before. Once people start eating healthy it’s very common for them to enjoy those benefits and continue on healthy eating path. The same with our spine and our body. People frequently are excited about feeling more balanced, less stressed, and more energetic as a result of regular chiropractic care. Chiropractic is not addictive, however, good health and feeling good is. Just as most other things you do for your well-being (brushing your teeth, exercise, eating healthy) once you experience the benefits of it you usually want to continue to feel/perceive and receive those benefits.
