Is a good workout or yoga the same as getting adjusted?

No. There is no substitute for chiropractic care. Exercise is an important part of good health, yet without normal spinal function a physical workout merely puts additional wear and tear on improperly functioning spinal joints. Exercise, as beneficial and important as it is, does not correct spinal subluxations. Neither does massage, good nutrition, cleansing, rolfing, yoga, pilates, etc.
