At some point in your life, you start to detach yourself from less important things that used to be a part of your daily routine and focus more on a top priority that you may have been neglecting for too long: your health. Several body parts, including the lower back and neck, are constantly exposed to a great variety of stressors impacting our spinal health. Kathleen F. relied on medication to relieve the pain and increase her level of comfort. Nonetheless, this approach only delivered short-term improvements.
Why I Came to NFWC
After testing various alternatives to surgery that failed to provide the desirable results, Kathleen was on the verge to despair. “I had exhausted all remedies except surgery, which I wanted to avoid if possible. In addition I wanted to take less medication,”remembers Kathleen. Fortunately, she decided to give premium holistic chiropractic care a try. She scheduled her first appointment with the NFWC chiropractic specialists, hoping that their services and expert guidance would contribute to a series of positive changes, including an improved general state of health, a better posture and a higher level of self-awareness.
Kathleen didn’t have to wait forever to see how her dream is gradually being turned into reality, under the hands of the gifted NFWC chiropractors. “I’m much more aware of how I sit. I no longer slouch. I am very aware of my neck position. I am no longer taking any pain meds, including over the counter ones!” states Kathleen.
Why I Continue to Receive Care
She appreciates the bond that she has managed to establish with the Network Family Wellness Center staff. Kathleen sees every single trip to NFWC as a great opportunity to find new method to cope with what’s left of her discomfort. By mastering correct breathing techniques, she is now more able to control and even prevent the painful episodes.
“I remain positive that NFWC can change my attitude about pain. I have learned that breathing into the pain helps much more than resisting and fighting it. I want to feel less tension and eliminate the tingling in my feet, as well as my balance issues. Thank you for such good care; my body and spirit are grateful,” concludes Kathleen. She is now certain that the right type of chiropractic care can change lives and is determined to recommend this option to all her friends and acquaintances who are struggling to find their interior and exterior balance.
