This month we want to focus our newsletter on the immune system. In times like these, all of us need to protect and enhance our immune systems in every way possible, keeping our bodies strong and healthy. Reduce Stress: Stress weakens the immune system. By allowing the body to become overwhelmed with stress we are opening ourselves up to a weakened immune system. Rest up: Your body needs enough sleep to keep stress levels low and allow any recovery that your body may need.
