Coming up with changes and transitions together with Network care

Old age doesn’t always mean poor health and disability. We’re not getting any younger so we need to think of preventive measures for healthy aging. Eating healthier, exercise and stress management are some. But we also need to have the right people to guide us.

I am starting to get up in my years and was concerned with how my body was going to hold up. I have had spinal issues in the past but had not addressed any of these problems for more that 18 years. So I decided to visit NFWC regarding my concerns.

Network care changed my daily life. I now walk much better, with a better stride and less pain. I sleep better and feel much better working out. I now look forward to being healthy well into my 80’s. Recently I started to regain my sense of smell that has been gone for 10 years!

I will continue to receive care because I love to see more changes. I still notice life getting better physically, which makes life easier emotionally. I look forward to the spring and summer, when I can get out and enjoy nature more than I have been able to do in the past 10 or so years. Thanks Dr. Danny and to the ever loving staff.”
