Chronic lower back pain improved – pain and stress managed

“I’ve relied on medications in the past few years because of my lower back pain. It has relieved me from the pain, but the effect is just for a short period of time. And when the medicine’s effect fades, the pain strikes again. And this habit is already affecting my family relationship as well as my job performance. I noticed that it was not improving at all so I decided to try new methods to manage pain and stress.

I tried the holistic approach at NFWC. Seeing the improvements among the practice members made me more convinced to try it myself. I enrolled to the program and that’s when everything started to change.

I quickly improved in just 2 to 3 visits! My life has improved in ways i never expected. It was like I was full of energy and I was able to comply with my everyday work. Almost no pain, less stress and no sickdays in the last 9 months, and counting.

Having experienced this long term wellness with Network care, I felt that I don’t want to lose all the progress I’ve made. Without adjustments, the pain and stress creeps back again. I don’t want to suffer from it anymore. Dr. Danny Knowles, D.c. and Dr. Richelle Knowles, D.C., and to all the staff on NFWC, Thank you.”
